Terms of Service

1. The Service

WhenIm64 provides retirement planning tools including Medicare enrollment tracking, Social Security claiming analysis, Roth conversion modeling, RMD projections, and quarterly estimated tax calculations. The Service is provided for general informational and planning purposes only.

Not financial, tax, or legal advice. The projections, estimates, and information provided by WhenIm64 are hypothetical in nature and do not constitute personalized financial advice. Nothing in the Service should be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice from a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, or licensed Medicare counselor.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@whenim64.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Billing

WhenIm64 Premium is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription price. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription page in your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Premium access will continue through the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

No Refunds

All subscription fees are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. We do not provide prorated refunds for subscription periods that have already begun.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@whenim64.ai within 30 days of the charge and we will review your request.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price changes via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Upon deletion:

• All of your data — including your profile, planning scenarios, and brokerage connections — will be permanently erased.
• If you have an active Premium subscription, it will be canceled immediately.
• No refund will be issued for any remaining days in your billing period.
• Your SnapTrade brokerage connection will be disconnected and all synced account data removed.

If you wish to retain access through the end of your billing period, cancel your subscription through the Customer Portal rather than deleting your account. Your account and data will remain accessible until the subscription expires.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: attempting to access accounts that are not yours; reverse-engineering or scraping the Service; using the Service for any unlawful purpose; or interfering with the operation of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by WhenIm64 LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided is accurate, complete, or current.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhenIm64 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including any financial decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. For significant changes, we will also send a notice to the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which WhenIm64 LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
